BAR MANAGER

The Venue:
SECRET GARDEN OPENING AUGUST 2022: Where guest experience an unparalleled exotic and vibrant atmosphere. Celebrate the flavors of Nikkei cuisine in a welcoming environment where we take Hospitality to a next level. All roads lead to our historical SECRET GARDEN.

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate BAR MANAGER to join a new family at Secret Garden.

As part of our Secret Garden team your role is to make sure that our guests have an amazing experience over and over again. You love to connect with people and create memories by a personal approach.

• Run the day-to-day operations according to company standards
• In charge of cocktail creations
• Train and develop the team
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve Company Goals
• You report to the General Manager

Requirements:

• You are a team player, you motivate and inspire others
• You are reliable and flexible
• You gained experience in a high quality, service-oriented operation
• You have good language and communication skills in English
• Speaking Dutch or any additional language is an advantage
