This is what your assignment looks like:

As a Remote Surveillance Tech agent you are working in the daily operations within the Remote Control department at Basic-Fit. In the daily operations you are responsible for all technical tickets from our clubs and control room (B-Securite). Besides this, you are also assisting our Planner and Technical coordinators in coordinating the installation of the Remote Control systems in all new and renovated clubs. By doing this, we ensure our clubs are safe and secure 24/7.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Resolve daily maintenance tickets related to our Remote Control, Fire and Facility systems;

• Assist in the coordination of planned maintenance related to our Remote Control / Fire systems;

• Assist with the roll out of new systems in new, and renovated clubs;

• Assist on designing Remote Control floor plans;

• RS-Technical contact person for our local operations, Remote Operations, Control room, Facility teams and installers;

• Performing technical quality checks on clubs after installations;

• Keeping our clubs open 24/7!

We ask:

• Eagerness to learn new skills and knowledge related to Remote Control Technical;

• Tech minded: Interest in Remote and Facility;

• Fluent in English (Dutch, French, Spanish or German is a plus);

• Strong communication skills;

• Problem solving mindset.
