WHO ARE WE?

We are a group of authentic, high-end Italian and Mediterranean fusion restaurants in Amsterdam — with a 100% Italian heart.

FIKO means “cool” in Italian, and FIKISSIMO means “super cool”!

We currently run two restaurants in Amsterdam and are planning to open a third very soon. Our venues are located in sleek and vibrant parts of the city. We offer unforgettable experiences through thoughtful design, music, excellent service, and creative cuisine.

Our team is young, dynamic, creative, and united by one common goal: offering our guests a dining experience that goes far beyond the ordinary.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

No matter your role — whether you're applying as a hostess, kitchen chef, or manager — your journey starts with personalized training. You’ll be coached by our experienced team members and supported by your manager every step of the way.

Before each dinner service, we gather for a staff meal (think: delicious pizza or pasta prepared by our chefs), coffee, and a quick break. Then we kick off with a team briefing to set goals, discuss special requests, review previous shifts, and taste new dishes from the menu.

Depending on your position, you’ll collaborate with section waiters, bartenders, food runners, hostesses, managers, chefs, pizza makers, and kitchen porters to ensure a seamless and enjoyable service. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.
