Due to our enormous growth in the Netherlands and the EU, we have had a completely new warehouse in Venlo since 2022.

That is why we are looking for a Logistics Employee to add to our fast-growing and dynamic team. Your main task is to collect and pack orders. You work with a pallet truck to collect the packages. You also ensure that nice and straight pallets are stacked and you seal them.

Responsibilities and duties; you:

• Order Picking: Accurately sort, pack, and process orders.
• Pack orders: Prepare for collection by couriers.
• Unload incoming deliveries and prepare them for storage.
• Processing incoming returns.
• Conduct stock checks / Support management in checking stock on location.

Who are you; you:

• Are able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Physically fit, motivated and reliable.
• Have a basic knowledge of mathematics and computer skills.
• Speaking the Dutch language is not essential and we welcome all nationalities.
• Are living in the Venlo area (Or the possibility to travel to Venlo daily)
• Are happy to take forklift training available at our expense.

We offer:

• You will receive a 7-month contract with Monster Group BV, with the prospect of a permanent contract in which we look at your wishes and our possibilities.
• A contract for 32-40 hours per week, less is negotiable.
• Open to Freelance workers.
• Travel allowance from the first kilometer.
• Holiday allowance of 8% of the annual salary.
