Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fashion Brand Administrator to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills and bring experience in data reporting, stock management, and administrative support. Familiarity with platforms such as Joor and Shopify is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage product data across internal systems and external platforms
Generate and analyze sales, stock, and operational reports using Excel
Track and update inventory levels to ensure accurate stock management
Support wholesale processes, including order management and line sheet updates
Coordinate product uploads and updates on Shopify (if applicable)
Communicate with internal teams and external partners with clarity and professionalism
Assist in maintaining organized digital files and records
Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed

Requirements:
Proficient to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Joor and/or Shopify is a strong bonus
Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion or retail industry is preferred
