The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for hardware and software issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities in English and the local language, and a commitment to ensuring a high standard of user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
• Provide support for office applications, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web browsers.
• Manage incoming user help requests received through multiple communication channels, ensuring they are accurately logged and tracked.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by users, following established troubleshooting procedures.
• Manage and classify support tickets according to priority and issue type, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Offer instructions, guidance, and advice to users on using various systems and applications (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS).
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and the local language of the country where support is provided.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proficiency in using and supporting Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, email (Outlook), and standard browsers.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and the local language.
• Ability to manage support tickets efficiently and follow a structured approach to troubleshooting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €180,00 - €200,00 per day

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
