For our European customer service office of our Polartec brand, located in Maastricht, we are looking for a customer service representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for the order processing for our international clients and give administrative and sales support to the customer service and sales team. You are an important support to the Account Managers and the single point of contact at Polartec for the client for all order processing and all follow up questions regarding their orders. The goal is to build a strong long-term relationship with them.
How does your job look like:
You follow up the incoming orders for international brands in SAP and handle the process from a to z: order input, shipping, after sales support.
You support the customer service team in processing new material requests and creation of new customer files.
On request of the client, you provide them product samples and technical data sheets. You register the sample request and coordinate the shipment.
You maintain the master data in SAP and generate sales reports.
You support the sales team with the administrative flow in handling customer complaints.
You interface effectively with internal departments (production sites, supply chain, …) to obtain information about customer queries, orders, products)
You will back up your colleagues during absence, vacation, training,…
Which skills & experience are me looking for:
Preferable you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (sales, administration, languages, …).
You take ownership of a range of responsibilities and prefer working close with your colleagues.
You have a strong customer service orientation and organizational skills.
You apply a level-headed approach to stressful situations.
You speak and write English fluently. Preferably also French or German.
Knowledge SAP is an asset.
