YOUR ROLE
· As a team leader (m/f/d) you lead and motivate your small team of employees
· You coordinate your team and plan the tasks
· You create the shift planning and vacation planning in close coordination with the logistics manager
· You ensure the smooth processing of orders
· You ensure a high delivery and quality performance on a daily basis
· You maintain and monitor our warehouse stock
YOUR PROFILE
· You have professional experience in the field of logistics
· Experience in managing employees is desirable
· You like to work in an organized, reliable and flexible manner
· Willingness to work early and late shifts (no night shift, no weekend work)
· You can speak English - knowledge of German or Dutch is a plus, but not a requirement
