Job Vacancy: Life Support Product Specialist (Europe)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Specialist Medical devices to join our dynamic team and support the growth of our cutting-edge Life Support product portfolio (infusion technology, airway management, vascular access, veterinary care and rehabilitation) across the European market. You will be the go-to expert for product-related matters, working closely with the commercial, regulatory, and R&D teams to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and market success.

The headquarters has its own manufacturing center and R&D centers, we combine clinical requirements and advanced medical technologies in product innovation to provide the users with valued solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert for Life Support products, supporting sales teams and distributors across Europe
• Deliver product training, demos, and presentations to clients and internal teams
• Provide pre- and post-sales support, including troubleshooting and technical guidance
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to optimize product positioning and market fit
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product development and improvements
• Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and scientific meetings as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device industry
• Strong knowledge of European medical device regulations and market landscape
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel frequently within Europe
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
