Full Stack Engineer - Monaco Planning

Monaco Planning is a leading provider of flexible, customizable workforce and capacity

planning software. With a diverse client base across industries like healthcare, logistics,

scheduling, capacity forecasting, and HR integration. Our mission is to simplify complex

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product and design teams to plan and implement the platform overhaul.
• Redesign the platform using modern tech stacks, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and long-term sustainability.
• Integrate AI tools and automation to accelerate development and improve user experience.
• Maintain and optimize the existing codebase during the transition phase.
• Ensure robust testing, deployment, and security processes.
• Continuously improve the platform by implementing new features, performance enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and integrate innovative solutions into the platform.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and other team members.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Expertise in modern web development technologies, including but not limited to JavaScript (React, Node.js), Python, HTML/CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
• Proven track record of working with AI tools and technologies to accelerate development and improve software capabilities.
• Experience in agile development methodologies and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
