About the role
As a Program Manager at codeGorilla/Alyx, you are the driving force behind our education and Change Agent program. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly, from planning and organization to the experience of our participants. You are a real go-getter who helps us realize our mission to train people to become successful IT professionals.

What you will do

• Organizing and coordinating: You are responsible for the day-to-day running of our education programs and events.
• Change Agent program: You devise and organize inspiring activities that contribute to personal and professional growth of our participants.
• Maintaining contact: You will work closely with participants, trainers and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is involved and satisfied.
• Process optimization: You identify areas for improvement and implement efficient practices.
• Ambassador: You represent codeGorilla / Alyx with pride, both internally and externally.

Who you are

• Junior/senior talent: You have a few years of work experience or have just graduated and are ready for your next challenge.
• Entrepreneurial: You see opportunities, think ahead and don't wait.
• Social: You get along well with people from different backgrounds and build relationships easily.
• Bilingual: You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Organizational talent: You love to plan and are a master of multitasking.
• Energetic and proactive: You have a positive attitude and a real 'getting the job done' mentality.
