Your mission

We are currently looking for a (Junior) System Test Engineer for our team based in Haaksbergen. As a (Junior) System Test Engineer , you will ensure that complex systems and integrated products meet all requirements through detailed testing, validation, and verification activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• System-Level Testing: Plan, execute, and document system-level tests for integrated products and solutions. Ensure that all components (hardware, software and tooling) work seamlessly together under realistic operating conditions. Testing is both done manually as from within our Robot Framework test environment.

• Writing automated test in Robot Framework: Define and implement test scenarios based on system specifications, use cases, and customer requirements. The scenario’s are created in close cooperation with the Product owner, Software developer and Test engineer.

• Integration Testing & Performance Testing: Conduct integration testing to validate interoperability and integration of different system components, and perform system-level performance testing to assess system responsiveness, stability, scalability, and reliability under various conditions.

• Writing automated test in Robot Framework: The scenario’s are created in close cooperation with the Product owner, Software developer and Test engineer following Behavior-driven development (BDD) principles.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• ISTQB Foundation or TMap Suite certifications are a plus.
• 1-3 years experience in software testing, with a focus on testing integrated systems.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
