What will you do as a IT Infra Support?
✔️ Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware such as computers, scanners, printers, mobile phones, VoIP systems, and networks
✔️ Register and manage support requests and incidents: document, monitor, and follow up on reported issues
✔️ Supervise and complete problem resolution: oversee issues received by the IT service desk and escalate when necessary
✔️ Provide general IT service and user support: offer assistance at all levels, both face-to-face and through various communication channels
✔️ Proactively contribute to improvements within our IT landscape through continuous improvement
