YOUR ROLE
In Bleiswijk, CEVA Logistics operates a highly mechanized fulfillment center for Europe's leading fashion platform, Zalando. In the role of Operations Manager, you will successfully lead one of the main processes. You inspire and motivate your team to achieve goals and actively contribute to the development of your people. You manage a team of Team Leaders and are indirectly responsible for 100 to 200 employers, including both, permanent staff and temporary workers.

In addition to developing your team, you are constantly involved in an efficient and cost-effective operation. You propose improvements to ensure the quality and productivity of our logistics services. Furthermore, you and your team are responsible for the daily management of operational processes and achieving KPI’s. You collaborate closely with our partner in the areas of innovation and development and proactively inform internal and external stakeholders. You report to the Site Operations Manager and work from our location in Bleiswijk.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Lead the daily operation, responsible for achieving KPIs;
• Implement process improvements and new logistics concepts;
• Manage, coach, develop, and evaluate employees;
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and rules and guidelines;
• Optimize the efficiency of people, resources, and machines;
• Collaborate with our partner and various internal stakeholders, such as the Control Room, Workforce Planning, and HR.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have completed a bachelor's degree (hbo-opleiding);
• You have at least 3 years of successful leadership experience in a logistics environment;
• Demonstrable experience in coaching and developing leaders;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.

• You will receive a monthly salary between €4.158,68 en €6.021,71 and 8% holiday allowance;
