You will be responsible for:

• Precision in Execution: As an Associate Manufacturing Operator, you’ll be at the forefront of our production process, ensuring that every task is executed with precision and professionalism. You'll be involved in a wide range of activities, from processing pharmaceutical products to adhering to stringent Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Drive for Excellence: Your role is vital in maintaining the high standards that Johnson & Johnson is known for. You’ll help monitor resources, maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, and take ownership of your training and development, ensuring that you're always at the top of your game.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Experience and Expertise: You will need an MBO-2 diploma in biotechnology, biochemistry, biomedicine, process technology (or equivalent education) with relevant experience, and a solid understanding of GMP, EHSS, and Lean principles.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office and business applications is required.
• Bilingual Advantage: Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and in written is required (preferably also in Dutch), with skills in both languages being a significant advantage.
• Resilience and Accuracy: You remain calm under pressure, work with precision, and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard.
• Problem Solver: You’re quick to act on deviations, think ahead, and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
• Loves working in shifts: We are operating at Dayshifts (DSP), 8/7 (USP) and primary dayshifts with 2 late shifts once every three weeks (F&F) pattern.
