For their location in Europe, established in Venlo, we are looking for a:

Operations Coordinator

Main tasks and responsibilities:

1_Responsible for the Sales and Purchase Order Administration. Checking prices, lead times and creating related contracts. Export Control (compliance) is part of this process.

2_Coordination of all goods movements. Managing orders / instructions with all logistic service providers (transport (sea, air, road), warehousing and customs clearance) and follow up performance. Executing invoicing process to customer and purchases invoices checks. Assist in sales inquiries and leads.

3_Intensive contact with customers, distributors and suppliers for order fulfilment. Managing Track and Trace of all shipments. Create and share overviews of inventory and shipping schedules.

4_Managing inventory of finished good, option and spare parts. In- & outbound bookings and actual checks/counts in the warehouse. Physical order picking for spare parts express shipments.

5_ You report to the Manager Operations and assist the whole team in all kind of common tasks and jobs.

6_Improvements, developments and automation are necessary to build-up the starting company and secure the planned growth in an effective and efficient way. You play a big role in this.

Requirements & Skills:

1_At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Logistics (planning/administration/operations). Affinity with technology.

2_ Ability to adapt & learn. High motivation and energy.

3_Teamworker/-spirit (small team!). Accuracy and precisely.

4_Takes responsibility and is stress durable. Attitude: open, fair, curious. Independent: sees work.

5_Excellent computer skills: administrative systems (ERP) and Microsoft office (Outlook, Word,

Excel, etc.). SAP (B1) and /or SalesForce are benefits.

6_Good communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels both internally and externally.

7_Good English speaking and writing is a must.
