For the opening of our new store at AMSTERDAM THE STYLE OUTLETS we want to insert a new member as Sales Assistant from February 2025.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES

• Proven quality sales skills (KPI)
• Ensures excellence in sales, customer service and loyalty
• Receives periodic sales targets
• Ensures a flawless image of the store, supported by Visual Merchandiser
• Shares sales results and product needs with the Store Manager, provides weekly product feedback

VISUAL MERCHANDISER

• Has proven ability and knowledge of Visual Merchandising activities

OPERATIONS

• Applies business procedures and company directives
• Computer skills (Office package / cash management system)

REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION COVERAGE

• Experiences gained in the same role in structured retail companies
• Preferable coming from similar brands
• Commercial thinking skills
• Ability to work in Team
• People Oriented
• Fluent Dutch and English (required), Italian is a plus
