We are looking for a structured and process-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing training processes and maintaining data for employees who need training in various European countries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for employees in diverse European countries.
• Coordinate training sessions, including planning, logistics, and communication with trainers and participants.
• Maintain training data and documentation, including attendance, progress, and results.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines regarding training and development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Integrale Veiligheidskunde (IVK), or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT or datacenter sector.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software is a plus.
• European passport to travel

The role is a full-time position, and your base salary will be commensurate with experience but is expected to be highly competitive. The opportunity is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands and will include business travel as needed to meet business demands but will likely be nominal.
