The role that we are currently recruiting for is the Head of HR role at Miele X. Miele X is the Digital Business Hub of Miele. Its purpose is to drive Business of Own Web shop and Digital B2B across the Markets of Miele. The Head of HR is part of the MXA Management Team.

Together we are Defining and Running the Organization. The Head of HR is responsible for the HR Operation and Development of a future ready, fast paced, digital and international minded Organization. Seeking and driving effective, motivated internal collaboration, based on a modern working culture, state of the art tools and supporting processes.

Your day-to-day job

HR Business Partner:

  • Supporting and Consulting the Business of Miele X with everything related to the workforce.

  • Set up an effective strategy/roadmap/calendar with a 360 degree annual HR cycle incl. all major HR topics

  • Sparring partnership for MT, driving the business.

  • Lead on all HR topics: Recruitment, On- and Offboarding, Cultural and Leadership Development, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits.

  • Managing, developing and coaching the HR team to the highest quality.

  • Contribute to Global/Regional/Cluster European HR Leadership.


HR Services:

  • Develop and implement continuously improving HR processes & tools.

  • Deliver HR services from A to Z in line with the HR Operating model

  • Proactively support managers and employees so that they can become independent high performing teams


Organizational development:

  • Be a role model for our Miele Creator’s Culture and consistently drive to make our culture come live in the organization

  • Play a key role in defining leadership culture and company values

  • Driving organizational and cultural change.

  • Continuously evaluate organizational effectiveness.

  • Networking across the Miele to position MXA as an integrated Part of the global Organization and Community.


Data & Insights:

  • Initiate and contribute to making fact-based HR decisions.

  • Organize relevant data and reporting on everything related to the workforce.

We are looking for

  • HBO/University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, including 3-5+ years in a leadership capacity within an international and matrix-driven environment.

  • Proven expertise in leading diverse teams in a dynamic complex corporate context, fostering inclusivity, and driving and managing organizational change.

  • In-depth understanding of Dutch labor regulations, experience collaborating with works councils on complex transformations will be a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

  • Self-motivated, hands-on mentality.

  • Business focused, results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a customer-centric mindset and cultural sensitivity.

  • Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is advantageous.
