Servers.com is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our team in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

We are a global IaaS platform, and we treat our employees with the same care, transparency, and mutual respect as we do our customers.

We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent administrative skills to manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including international recruiting for our hubs in the US and Asia.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in recruiting and is an expert in Dutch labor law.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing full HR support to employees as a member of the Netherlands team and member of a global HR team.
  • Provide support to the Managing Director of the office, including handling contracts, vacations, and sick leave, and advising employees on labor law.
  • Ensuring that the company is compliant with the labor laws.
  • Working closely with the hiring managers and other key stakeholders to manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Leading the recruitment process, including initial selection, interviewing candidates.
  • Overseeing the onboarding and exit process of all new starters and leavers.
  • Working with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Conducting 121 interviews and providing updates to management.
  • Ensuring the company’s policies and procedures are updated and adhered to.
  • Coordinating with global HR Managers and ensuring alignment of HR policies and processes.
  • Participating in global HR projects.

Our expectations

  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Dutch language proficiency preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Dutch labour law and health & safety regulations.
