Tasks & Responsibilities

Human Resources Officer responsibilities include assisting in the establishment of company-wide HR policies and programs, providing expertise on compensation and benefits, ensuring legal compliance, and developing HR development programs to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Provide a full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to talent acquisition and development, tax declaration and payroll administration, HR policy and procedure, compensation and benefits, staff activities, performance management, and staff relations.
  • Explore and manage all potential channels for sourcing talent.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of HR strategies, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Improve operational effectiveness and efficiency across HR.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all HR functions and assist with any ad-hoc HR projects as needed.

Requested profile

  • 3 or more years of Human Resources experience is essential as is a relevant education.
  • He/she must possess the ability to develop constructive responses to the Human Resources needs of the Company.
  • Proficient communication and negotiation skills in Dutch and English are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
  • Ability to multitask and think out of the box for solutions
