• The salary indication depends on your knowledge and experience and starts from € 2419,75 gross per month based on a fulltime (38 hours) employement. This function falls in function scale V of the Horeca cao.

What is important to know about this job?

The team consists of a Front Office Manager, supervisors, (night) receptionists, (night) porters and trainees. In this responsible position you are the first point of contact for guests and colleagues during the night. You monitor safety, perform front office tasks and take care of the night audit. The Front Office manager is your coach and helps you to develop further.

​Who are we looking for?

• You speak English, Dutch is an advantage, but not a must.
• Knowledge of a hotel reservation system is an advantage, we work with Protel.
• You have a sense of responsibility, stand your ground and are stress resistant.
• You are flexible, collegial and guest-oriented; you have the desire to provide optimal service, sometimes this is custom work.
