As a Site Administrator, you will report directly to the Project Manager or in his absence the Site Manager.

This role will be responsible for all general, office and site administrative duties on the specific project.

KEY ROLE DELIVERABLES

• Ensure safety is always the number one priority
• Responsible for administration and office management duties on site
• Act as first point of contact for visitors to the site office
• Ensure visitors are greeted on arrival, tended to during their stay and bid farewell on their departure
• First point of contact for telephone calls and message taking
• Book visitors in and out and record attendance
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence on site
• Maintain the meeting room planner, take bookings, and publish availability on site
• Taking notes / minutes in meetings as required by the team
• Monitoring and ordering stationery as required
• Keep stock tea, coffee, water, and other supplies
• Manage cleaning staff
• Arranging social events with the team under the guidance of the Document Controller
• General clerical duties including typing, scanning, photocopying, and binding
• Support Project Managers and the site teams with a full range of administrative support, maintaining project related documentation for the Project, from project initiation to project closeout including Project Archiving
• It is expected that of your behaviours and day to day activities will be underpinned by the blu-3 company core values

  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• IT literate – Knowledge of databases and MS Office
• Knowledge and understanding of Projects and administrative processes
• Knowledge and experience of EDMS (SharePoint preferable)
• Business level English
