You use your excellent communication and analytical skills to assess the needs of the suppliers and build on a long-term business relation. You ask questions, communicate clearly, show empathy. Your main responsibilities are:

• You can assist with potential tenders.
• You can do preliminary market research and sourcing.
• You are not afraid of calling: for example let's call 20 different hotels when needed!
• You are able to assist with some manual reservations and simple invoicing.
• You are going to build strong relationships with new and existing partners.

• You are fluent in English
• Team player working at a fast pace
• Great communicator, and doesn't let him-/herself be easily brushed off
• You know the ins & outs of Microsoft Office
• Ability to develop and take ownership of own processes in order to achieve the goal.
• Minimum HBO/ Bachelor degree, like Business Administration or Hospitality studies background
• You can work full-time with the team at least 4 days a week
• You are able to come to the office in Hoofddorp
