As a training development specialist, you play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and improving our training materials. These materials are used by colleagues who deliver the training. Thanks to your efforts, our employees stay informed and prepared. You’re on it.

How you do it? You start with an introduction process where you spend the first few weeks studying the materials and shadowing colleagues during their training sessions and projects. After that, you enthusiastically start developing and updating training materials. You achieve this by:

• developing and updating training materials;
• continuously improving and keeping training programs up-to-date;
• aligning training content with local branches and trainers;
• collaborating with application experts and testing training programs.

You bring

• a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in supply chain, business administration, engineering, hospitality, or a related field, supplemented with one to two years of experience in the supply chain/ logistics;
• excellent command of the English language. If you speak other languages, that’s definitely a plus;
• experience in delivering training, and developing and managing training materials. You are also able to convey abstract concepts to your target audience;
• the ability to understand processes, quickly grasp systems, and possess good knowledge of MS Office;
• willingness to travel occasionally for work.
