Wat wordt er van je verwacht

As a Production Employee at Schouten, you’ll play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring products are properly packaged, labeled, and meet quality standards. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, contributing to the success of one of the world’s leading vegetarian food producers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging products into appropriate trays and boxes.
  • Labeling products with the correct codes and information.
  • Quality control to ensure all products meet our high standards.
  • Ensuring machines run smoothly and troubleshooting minor issues during production.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production schedules efficiently.


Wat zoeken wij

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to contribute to a thriving production environment.
  • Ability to understand and speak English for clear communication.
  • Comfort working in a cold environment as part of the production process.


Wat bieden wij

  • Competitive starting salary of €14.92 per hour (based on 21 years of age), with extra shift premiums.
  • 33% shift premium for hours worked between 18:00 and 00:00.
  • Full-time work with options for day shift or 2-shift schedules.
  • Career development opportunities to grow within the company.
  • Travel allowance (€0.23 per km, starting from 10 km).
