We're looking for a Inside Sales Representative to join our Genled Team in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Working for Genled means being innovative and adaptive. This exciting position will provide direct support to the Sales Team for Europe & UK region. As an Inside Sales Representative you should have an understanding of Pre-Sales process and possess exceptional customer service and communication skills. Daily activities will consist of communication with internal and external customers and execution of product orders. Your Role

  • Delivering excellent service to various Customers from different market applications (LED Architectural lighting , LED Signage) via close cooperation with various internal and external stakeholders and build solid customer relationships

  • Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers

  • Creating and entering orders in the system

  • Providing support to the Sales team (e.g., quotations, deliveries status, orders reports)

  • Manage daily customer orders in a timely manner (receive and confirm all orders with customer, provide shipment tracking or order status if on back order)
  • Handling and resolving operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing, returns)

  • Coordinating regional sales activities with Outside Sales Team and preparing for weekly sales calls

  • Engages with other functions to ensure best in class customer service support (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics)

  • Proactively participate in daily shipping activities to include preparing shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and returning paperwork to the warehouse to meet deadlines

  • Establishing and conducting regular customer review calls while building follow-up action plans tracked in CRM system

  • Maintain detailed supplier records on an on-going basis and provide additional written detail on important supplier developments or feedback by request

  • Proactively participate in key business development and planning discussions with senior management

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, or relevant discipline along with a minimum of 2 years of Inside Sales or Sales Operations experience

  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages German, French, Spanish or Italian

  • Proven track record and knowledge in the LED signage or LED architectural lighting industry is a plus

  • Inside Sales and Customer Service skills

  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office and Order Entry software

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred

  • Working knowledge of shipping software for UPS , FedEx, DHL and freight carriers
  • Self-motivated, able to independently manage various activities with minimal supervision
  • Customer oriented mindset

  • Excellent communication, listening and collaboration skills next to a problem-solving mindset.
