Summary:

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities as a crucial member of our operations team, actively engaged in overseeing import and export shipments from beginning to end. Your main duty will involve coordinating air freight shipments. You will be hands-on throughout the entire forwarding process, ensuring the utmost level of service for our customers and the secure and timely delivery of their goods.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage worldwide multimodal imports and exports within strict deadlines, including collection coordination, airline bookings, and continuous communication with overseas agents and customers until delivery is completed.
• Foster strong customer relationships to comprehend requirements and consistently provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle airline and shipping line bookings and process relevant from the beginning until POD.
• Establish effective communication and build close relationships with our supply chain partners worldwide.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year's experience in freight forwarding.
• Proficient in both import and export freight forwarding.
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated, and seeking personal growth and progression.
• Excellent organizational communication and organizational skills
• Extensive experience managing all aspects of air import/export operations, including back-to-back shipments, consolidations, and potentially dangerous goods shipments a plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the complete air export or import process from pickup to delivery.
• Fluent in speaking and writting in both English and Chinese is preferred.
