To strengthen our team in Schiedam, we are looking for a Spares Coordinator (f/m/d) who acts as a first point of contact for all customer-related topics. If you are ambitious and ready for a new challenge, you've come to the right place.
Your responsibilities
- First point of contact in all customer-related topics, such as quotations, complaints and orders
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by validating the orders, providing the required items, verifying price and delivery time with suppliers as well as terms and conditions of sales
- Collaboration with the spares and warehouse teams to ensure a timely and accurate spares and order process
- Processing of orders in the ERP system
- Cooperation of internal stakeholders, such as finance department and purchasing team
Your qualifications
- Completed education in a technical or administrative field
- Experience in the Marine industry is an advantage
- Technical understanding of mechatronics or electrics, as well as experience in the handling of ERP-systems and Microsoft Office
- Proactive, motivated personality with a customer-centric mindset
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
