We are looking for an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Sales Administrator to join our team based in Helmond, Netherlands.

Position Overview:

The Sales Administrator is responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate customer information, and providing exceptional support via phone, email, and online platforms. This role supports the sales team with administrative tasks and ensures a seamless after-sales experience by handling customer claims and fostering strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update customer accounts, verifying credit holds with finance.
  • Contact customers to gather and update account details.
  • Manage webshop access and assist customers with navigation.
  • Process and verify purchase orders across multiple channels.
  • Confirm customer information and payment details for approval.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders and inquiries.
  • Coordinate order shipments, inform customers of status, and verify payments.
  • Facilitate internal communication between Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Direct customer feedback to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Generate reports and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Manage after-sales service, resolving customer claims efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable service.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience in administration, customer support, or sales support.
  • Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Comes with a go getter attitude
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in web-based applications, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Logical thinker with a proactive and level-headed approach.
