We are looking for experienced and motivated Container unloaders for our client in Moerdijk!

Job description:

The purpose of the job is to unload containers with the non-food products that are sent to the supermarket chains. The work is done in pairs, and the team consists of eight people (4 pairs). The products come in packages of different sizes, up to 50kg. The team is supposed to work together and help each other, to make the work day more effective. The team Foreman makes sure that all team members have an equal share of the work for the day, and collaborate with each other. You will work in one shift, starting from 07:00 until 16:00 including 2 breaks of 30 minutes. Safety shoes are mandatory while working. For our client, dedication to work, and a clear work ethic are the most important aspects. The team is ready to teach you everything and make your work fun, as long as you are willing to do your job decently and grow in the position. After three months, there will be a performance review, and upon a positive evaluation, you will move to a higher scale, which also involves a raise. Are you a real hard worker who is motivated to get the containers empty on time and also willing to do everything possible every day to finish the orders so that the drivers can leave on time the next day? Then this job is for you!

Requirements:

  • You speak good English
  • You are a motivated and accurate team player
  • Physical work doesn't scare you off; you can lift and walk
  • You don't have any accurate health issues with the back
  • Experience in a warehouse is an advantage, but not a requirement
