Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Digital Analytics & CRO manager to join our growing and successful Marketing team in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This is your chance to visibly impact on Verisure’s growth and the development of a best-in-class organization.

What will you do?

As the Digital Analytics & CRO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights to drive improvements in our digital channels. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing optimization strategies, tracking user behavior, analyzing performance data, and driving projects aimed at improving conversion rates across our digital touchpoints.

This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, customer experience, and testing methodologies to identify opportunities and recommend enhancements that will improve performance, engagement, and ultimately, conversions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the setup and configuration of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics);

  • Analyze website and user behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement;

  • Generate actionable insights from data to inform optimization strategies and business decisions;

  • Design, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate testing to enhance website performance;

  • Develop and execute CRO strategies across the customer journey, focusing on key KPIs;

  • Regularly report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations;

  • Present findings and results to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, making data easy to understand and accessible;

  • Set up automated dashboards and reports to track ongoing performance and testing results;

  • Partner with teams across marketing, UX, product, and IT to ensure alignment on objectives and implementation of CRO strategies;

  • Act as a data advocate and CRO expert within the organization, educating and supporting teams in data-driven decision-making;

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest analytics tools, trends, and methodologies in CRO;

  • Implement tracking tags, pixels, and events across digital properties for accurate data collection and reporting;

  • Troubleshoot analytics issues and work closely with developers for seamless integration of tools and updates.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, or a similar role within e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields;

  • Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize);

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for tag management; experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus;

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights;

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in digital performance metrics;

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and present data-driven findings;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.

  • A competitive salary, based on experience;

  • 20 statutory vacation days + 5 extra days off based on a 40-hour workweek;

  • Holiday allowance of 8% of the gross annual salary, paid in May;

  • Travel allowance – €0.23 per kilometer (starting from a distance of 10 km);
