To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Regional Director of HR International (m/f/d).

As Regional Director of HR International (m/f/d) your tasks include

• Leading, developing and managing an international team across all hotels in 9 European countries (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Romania, Spain and The Netherlands) and the Office in Amsterdam
• Fostering the company culture and high performance through targeted coaching and mentoring
• Covering following main areas: employee relations, legal affairs, recruitment, internal & external communication, training and development
• To be an assistant and advisor to our executive leadership team and support the operational departments in the organization and management of their teams on the field
• Implementing of best practices according to the HR Group Employee Journey within the operation of hotels with different brands and locations
• Collaborating closely with HR Managers and General Hotel Managers to resolve complex challenges around the area of Human Resources
• To contribute to our Compensation and Benefit strategy and establish the payroll budget
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through the introduction of innovative solutions and technologies
• Monitoring of the performance in the field of HR through clear KPI measurements and targets, regularly reporting progress to senior management
• Ensuring that all hotels comply with regulatory requirements as well as the standards and guidelines of the HR Group and its franchise partners
• Close cooperation with all parties involved at the headquarters in Berlin

Your profile with which you inspire us

• Ideally to hold a master’s degree in human resources and/or hotel management and at least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position with responsibility for an international cluster or region within the hospitality industry
• Excellent ability to develop and implement strategies that support and drive company goals
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead teams to establish a people-driven culture to enhance performance and retention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Deep understanding and experience in financial responsibility and strategic budgeting
• High resilience and willingness to travel within Europe
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Ideally already experience as Regional Director of HR International (m/f/d).
