What You’ll Do

✔ Ensure Smooth Operations: Maintain perfect synchronization between multiple warehouses and the manufacturing process to avoid disruptions.
✔ Manage Shipment Accuracy: Track, record, and resolve shipment deviations, ensuring supplier non-conformance issues are logged and addressed.
✔ Optimize Costs & Transparency: Identify and capture exception expenses related to logistics and transport, ensuring accurate cost allocation.
✔ Enhance Coordination: Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
✔ Streamline Processes: Continuously refine logistics workflows, implement best practices, and support improvements in warehouse management.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• Must-Have:
  ✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
  ✔ Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination within a high-tech or industrial setting.
  ✔ Proficiency in ERP systems and transport management tools.
  ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise across departments and suppliers.
  ✔ Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
• Nice-to-Have:
  ➕ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) for logistics and warehouse management.
  ➕ Knowledge of aerospace or manufacturing supply chains.
  ➕ Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in logistics operations.
