The Role:

We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Email / Lifecycle / CRM Manager to own the customer journey. From first touch to long-term loyalty. In this role, you'll design automated flows, build targeted campaigns, and implement retention strategies that reduce churn and boost customer lifetime value. If you're passionate about personalization, customer behavior, and crafting emails people actually want to read, we want to hear from you. You’ll build campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and prevent churn, turning casual customers into skincare champions. Helping people not give up on their skincare journey

What will you be doing?

Lifecycle & Retention Strategy

  • Design and implement lifecycle campaigns across key customer stages (onboarding, replenishment, win-back, etc.)
  • Identify churn risks and develop proactive strategies to retain at-risk customers
  • Define, segment, and refine lifecycle cohorts to deliver tailored experiences
  • Help people not give up on their skincare journey

Email Marketing

  • Plan, create, and optimize all email marketing campaigns (promotional, educational, transactional)
  • Manage email calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments
  • Develop automated flows: welcome series, post-purchase, abandoned cart, win-back, and more
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and product teams to ensure high-impact content

CRM & Data Insights

  • Own CRM segmentation and list hygiene across platform
  • Analyze performance and retention metrics (CLTV, churn rate, repeat purchase rate)
  • Run A/B tests to improve email performance (open rates, click-through, conversions)
  • Report on lifecycle funnel health and retention KPIs

Who are you?

  • You live in/close to Eindhoven.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, retention tactics, and marketing automation
  • Experience with email tools like Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset
  • Bonus: experience in skincare, beauty, or wellness industries
  • Excellent written communication and collaboration skills
