About this role

Drive and execute our corporate real estate strategy and oversee our corporate real estate team. Plan and deliver our real estate services, including but not limited to transactions and facilities construction.
Provide leadership and direction to create an exceptional work environment.
Innovative thought leadership to continually seek opportunities to realize cost savings or efficiency.
Acting in a relationship management role, maintaining close working relationships with senior leaders in order to understand objectives, provide single point of accountability and deliver our goals.In this role you will be part of the global Real Estate & Facilities Management team to define and execute the global department strategy.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Manage Corporate Real Estate Portfolio, real estate related projects and Transactions
• Define Policies, Standards and Processes
• Define Business Requirements
• Codevelop and secure alignment on a strategic plan to optimize the real estate portfolio and provide transactional management support and develop negotiation positions in connection with real estate leases, dispositions and lease renewals
• Understand, translate and implement corporate real estate best practices, policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with internal, local, and federal guidelines and health and safety standards
• Communicate corporate and business unit requirements to third-party business partners, negotiate service level agreements and ensure delivery
• Initiate and lead leasehold improvement projects
• Develop and manage a corporate real estate team in a scalable way to support future company developments

What will you bring to the table?

• Multiple years of experience in strategic corporate real estate leadership and management experience leading a team.
• Proven track record and demonstrated success in the areas of corporate real estate
• Experience in successfully creating a corporate real estate function
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), interpersonal skills, critical decision making abilities, critical communication skills and cross networking abilities.
• Functional real estate knowledge necessary to manage complex real estate issues and be able to effectively manage the change control process
• Strong financial acumen, including problem solving, financial planning, budgeting, analytical and critical thinking skills and solution generation.
