At Ellips, we develop advanced sorting systems that assess the quality of fresh fruits and vegetables. With our innovative technology, we contribute to efficient and sustainable food production. For our growing team, we are looking for an experienced and driven Annotation Manager.

Your Role:

As an Annotation Manager, you hold a key position within the annotation team and are responsible for a wide range of tasks that enhance the effectiveness of our AI models. Your responsibilities include:

• Reviewing the annotation work of other annotators to ensure quality.
• Preparing annotation tasks for other annotators in our annotation tool.
• Training new annotators on how to use our tools and processes.
• Monitoring the data uploaded from the field to our servers.
• Collaborating with the development team to decide which data can be assigned to annotators.
• Performing annotations yourself when necessary.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in evaluating fruits or vegetables is a big plus.
• Affinity with computers and technology.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Availability for at least 24 hours per week.
• Independence and responsibility in your work.
• Willingness to work partly from the office and partly from home.
