About the Internship

As our new Project Assistant Global Food Safety intern, you will support the Global SN Food Safety Manufacturing & Performance Manager in her global business projects related to the creation and update of FS Manufacturing procedures and its related training offer, defined as per business priorities.

You will be responsible mainly for supporting the Global FS Manufacturing & Performance Manager projects. The projects includes the following tasks:

  • Understanding the current documental systems in place: FSMS & SN QFS as well as its current tool – Alfresco and the existing priorities
  • Supporting the update of documentation (procedures, instructions, templates, etc) as per the defined roadmap 2023 (priorities)
  • Support on the creation of the FSI Audits program results Dashboard and propose the periodical reports
  • Preparing training (e-learning – eg, easy generator) materials proposals to support the communication and implementation of the updated documents/requirements
  • Understand the expectations for the new DMS (One Danone system - Sharepoint)
  • You will also carry out everything else communicated by the line manager and according to your qualifications
About you

As our Project Assistant Global Food Safety intern, you can analyse and work with data. Importantly, you are willing to co-build, work in a team and communicate with different stakeholders. On top of that, You have a background in physical-chemistry, microbiology, food technology or business at Food Industry. Finally, you’re a curious person who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

You'll also have the following background:

  • Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
  • Ideally available to start the August/ September for a minimum of 6 months, 4 days per week;
  • You are fluent in English- oral and written;
  • You are able to work from Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week;
  • Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.
