We're seeking a new colleague for the production and dispatch team! In this role, you'll be enriching our coffee's journey from the roastery to coffee lovers worldwide by boosting our production numbers. Do keep in mind that it is a physically intense job as you will have to lift buckets of coffee weighing between 5-50kg and use machinery to perform various tasks. This is a hybrid position, meaning that you will spend time packing coffee but also dispatching orders.

Responsibilities:

- Pack our delicious coffee beans into 250gr, 1 and 3 kg bags.

- Maintain our high standards by paying attention to every detail throughout the production and dispatch process, ensuring each coffee order is delivered to perfection. Collaborate with the team to check priorities of the day and also make sure no order is left behind.

- Help the roasters prepare the green coffees when needed in the morning that will later on be packed by you.

- Dispatch webshop and wholesale orders

- Help out with warehouse organization

Requirements:

  • (Specialty) Coffee lover? Check!
  • Availability 36h/week (Mon-Thu 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-1pm)
  • Available to work from early October onwards (the start date will be mutually agreed)
  • Driver's license is a plus but not required
  • Forklift/reachtruck license is not required but it's a big pre. Willingness to perform warehouse organization tasks is necessary though.
