Functie omschrijving

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our multi-client site in Oostrum/Venray. In this role you are the point of contact for the customer, end customer and you ensure a good relationship by providing accurate and timely information about current shipments. The contact usually takes place via the CRM system and email, in addition to required verbal communication.

What will you be doing?

• Resolving and archiving incoming complaints
• You prepare and participate in weekly and monthly reviews with customers and carriers
• You are able to solve complex and ad hoc issues independently
• You initiate corrective actions in case of progress problems
• You take care of the handling and registration of deviations, returns, claims etc.
• You contribute to process improvements and make progress reports

Functie eisen

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a MBO+/HBO level or degree;
• Experience in international Customer Service / Sales Support environment is an advantage;
• Experience with different transport modalities;
• Administrative skills;
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage);
• Flexible, structured, accurate, service-oriented and able to keep overview.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Salary: € 2.700 - € 3.000 gross / month;
• Holidays: 31 days off
• Travel Allowance
