Who We’re Looking For

We seek enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals with a passion for providing excellent service. Whether you’re experienced in customer service or eager to learn, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. If you’ve supported customers from the UK & Ireland, that’s a plus!

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of two years in customer service.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, empathetic and friendly telephone manner, active listening skills, and good problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with customer support software and Microsoft Office.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll ensure that customers’ needs are fully listened to and addressed, maintaining their passion for Mercedes-Benz. We work Monday to Friday during core office hours (08.00h to 18.00h).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle email complaints and inquiries, make outbound calls, and listen to customers’ needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Assess complaints, gather evidence, escalate complex issues, and keep meticulous notes.
  • Collaboration: Work with colleagues and managers to identify and prevent recurring issues and assist in developing customer-focused initiatives.
