In a nutshell

Are you a master multitasker with a passion for creativity and do you want to help make our products and recipes shine in the app? Welcome to the Picnic Creative Hub – our in-house studio where magic happens. Our photographers shoot beautiful images in our studio and our visual editors glam up the images and make them ready for go-live.

In this role, you'll be the ultimate organiser – ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From props to products, to backdrops, you'll make sure we have everything we need to bring each shoot to life. Plus, you'll collaborate with our art directors to brainstorm the best visual direction for exciting campaigns. This is your chance to showcase your organisational and creative talent!

Tricks of the trade

• Support with photoshoots: Prepare for campaign photoshoots and join shoots on-site.
• Daily operations and time management: Manage day-to-day operations in the creative hub and prioritize capacity based on business needs and deadlines.
• Project management: Contribute to creative projects, such as campaign and recipe shoots simultaneously.
• Close collaboration: Collaborate with retouchers, photographers, commercials, and external partners to deliver high-quality content on time.
• Process optimization: Improve processes to boost our efficiency and output
• Brainstorming: Actively join brainstorms with our creative team to improve our content

Your superpowers

• BSc. degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in production and or project management
• Excellent project management skills, 'organised' is your middle name
• Can-do mentality, you tackle challenges with enthusiasm and energy
• Excellent English communication skills
• Based in the Netherlands to be able to work from our Creative Hub and office in Amsterdam
• Experience in campaign production is a Plus
