What are you going to do?

As Business Controller, become the driving force behind the strategic growth in Healthcare and SaaS!

As Business Controller at Nedap, you will be the financial conscience of the market group Healthcare and work together with the team to create further, sustainable value. In addition, you will be responsible for the further development of SaaS business control throughout Nedap.
Nedap Healthcare is uniquely organised, in small teams where people have a lot of autonomy. As Business Controller, you support the teams to make well-founded decisions. You do this with the commercial teams as well as with the tribes responsible for developing the solutions Nedap Healthcare offers. You will work in Nedap Healthcare's Finance team as well as with the other Business Controllers to optimise the SaaS propositions.

Your responsibilities

  • Business Partner: You advise colleagues within the market group as a true business partner. You look beyond the figures and provide the necessary insights so that the right decisions are made in the group, through sharp business cases that you substantiate convincingly;
  • Strategic Calender: You will be the driving force behind the Strategic Calendar for Healthcare. You will support the drafting of strategic plans, coordinate the multi-year financial plan and annual budget, and monitor the execution of our strategy;
  • SaaS Propostion: You monitor the progress of our SaaS propositions Nedap-wide. SaaS solutions are developed and marketed within all market groups. You know better than anyone that this requires a completely different approach than in the case of a product-driven, one-off sales model. Think about setting down frameworks, KPIs, processes and tooling to support this properly.

Your team

You are part of the Business Control team and also part of the Healthcare market group.
Because of the decentralised way Nedap is organised, you can quickly be of value in the teams in which you are active. You will report to the Group Business Controller, but also work closely with the Managing Director of Healthcare.

Required experience and skills

As Business Controller, you are responsible for analysing and optimising processes, providing reliable management information and contributing to optimising our value propositions. With strong analytical skills and insights, you will make a valuable contribution to our team. You are an independent communicative professional who meets deadlines and delivers results. You thrive in a challenging, dynamic and international working environment and have good teamwork skills. In addition, you have an affinity with technology and innovation, and understand how this can support the business.
In addition, you have:

  • At least a completed HBO education in (technical) business administration, business economics, finance & control, accountancy or similar;
  • At least 8 years' work experience as (Business) Controller in the service sector;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
  • Experience with SaaS propositions in a B2B environment;
  • Knowledge of CRM packages is an advantage.
