For our client, an independent part of a globally operating investment organization located in the Utrecht area, we are looking for a Financial Controller. The focus of this organization is on logistic real estate. In this position you will be responsible to coordinate and review the monthly and quarterly closing. Furthermore you will prepare the IFRS annual accounts, the consolidated figures in OneStream and you are responsible for assessing the results of various business units.

You will work in a highly educated team (20FTE).

DIT ZIJN JOUW WERKZAAMHEDEN

• Manage and coordinate the monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, as part of the controllers group you will be responsible for part of the business groups and/or business processes
• Finance support on various projects related to improving finance and business processes
• Prepare IFRS consolidated annual accounts
• Prepare annual Tax Accounting positions
• Review consolidated figures in OneStream
• Responsible for consolidation processes in OneSteam for several international (holding) companies
• Reviewing various financial reports for various business units
• Assessing the results of various business units
• Coordination of cashflow forecasting for part of the group
• Review of VAT filing for several holding and property entities
• Provide finance support to Tax for tax calculation for CIT
• Contact with various parties, including asset managers, property managers and accountants

DIT BRENG JE MEE

• You have completed a master degree in the area of business economics, completed with a chartered accounting degree (RA)
• You have experience in the real estate business (Big 4 Audit)
• Experience with financial statements preparation/review (Dutch GAAP/IFRS)
• Basic understanding of the Private Equity and Investment Management industry
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Accurate and proactive personality with good communication skills
• Must be fluent in English, good communication skills in Dutch is a plus

DIT KRIJG JE

For the position of Financial Controller our client offers a salary ranging from €80.000 - €100.000 on an annual basis, depending on your previous work experience. Furthermore there is a good bonus scheme in place.
