About role

Nature of the work would be, to support the Product owners/Business Analysts to understand the tickets, and request from business user’s requirements. Based on the available inputs from business users, perform the analysis for the tickets such as enhancements, request, or issues. Also, to discuss directly with the various business users or process owners and walkthrough the process and steps to perform the necessary operations.
If any gaps in the systems, he or she needs to work with designated domain POs/chief PO and/or business analyst to provide the functional understanding/assessments/gaps to prioritize further for the engineering processes teams to do fix the issues or enhance the application.


1. Monitoring batch jobs and daily checks
2. Working on production incidents. Working on Oracle scripts to fix the issues.
3. Providing access to new TTS users / Changing user access based on requests.
4. Connecting with users (Chat, Voice, email) for incidents.
5. Interacting with Domain Product Owners, Technical experts to review your scripts.


  • Strong PL/SQL programming and logical thinking.
  • Excellent understanding in debugging the Oracle objects (procedures, functions).
  • Debugging using the (Chrome – Inspect options / Dev tools) to understand the API errors.
  • Understanding batch jobs and monitoring as a part of regular morning checks.

Nice to Have Skills

  • PowerBuilder knowledge (Learner/ ready to learn) as this is very limited in scope.
  • .NET knowledge to analyze the code just to understand the flow but not to fix anything.
  • Knowledge in ServiceNow (as we are using SNOW for incident / Service tickets management.
  • Good knowledge on L2 support activities and methodologies.
  • Good in communication (Speaking/Writing) - to connect with users on daily basis
