We have an exciting opportunity for an International Transportation Coordinator in our Venlo DC office.
What You’ll Do:
The International Transportation Coordinator is a member of the EMEA International Transportation Team in the Venlo DC and reports into the International Transportation Supervisor.
  • Resolve system flow issues related to the inbound flow
  • Work on the reporting and analysis
  • Coordinate the inbound logistics flow and the JC Outbound non-EMEA flow end to end
  • Communicate with carriers on a daily basis
  • Support in resolving issues with carriers
  • Arrange special transport ad hoc
  • Maintain relationship with several internal departments including Customs, Planning and Operations
  • Investigate incomplete deliveries
  • Maintain KPIs under control
  • Work on projects and initiatives to improve performances
  • Implement reporting to monitor proper execution
  • Support the Transportation Supervisor with projects and initiatives
You’ll Need to Have:
  • Minimum 1/2 years of experience in Ocean/Air Logistics and/or a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written)
  • Hands-on and pro-active personality with a strong service-based attitude
  • Very good team player skills
  • Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
  • Knowledge of SAP and Manhattan is a plus
