What you will do
Selling tickets is just the start; we understand that! Discover the magic of visitor data and reach your visitors with personalized communications on their favorite channels and devices. Offer visitors a unique experience that goes beyond the actual visit and create the ultimate visitor experience through 1-on-1 communication with the conversational commerce solutions of CM.com.
To achieve this mission, we are seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow our relationships with customers in the Dutch Leisure Industry! You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our partnerships with museums, experiences, zoos, and theme parks by focusing on contract renewals, upselling, cross-selling, customer retention, and satisfaction. Through your expertise, you will help clients optimize their processes, enabling them to provide their visitors with a seamless and memorable experience while growing the Live Business of CM.com.
Furthermore, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to CM.com’s solutions.
Proactively manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive additional value for customers.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize client success.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Monitor customer feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our offerings.
Work with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to continuously improve our products and services.
Contribute to the overall growth of the Museums & Parks team by driving customer retention and expanding existing accounts.

Additionally, you ideally have:
A bachelor's or master’s degree;
Multiple years of commercial experience in the leisure business
Experience in online ticketing software, POS systems or similar solutions
A network within the museums, theme parks and attractions market. Which is a huge plus!
Residence within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office
Fluency in English and Dutch
