Beschrijving

You’ll be working in an FMCG department. FMCG products are often items that consumers buy regularly, such as food, beverages, cleaning products, personal care items, and other daily necessities. As a Production Worker, you will be involved in various tasks, such as processing orders through the Autostore system, working on the packaging line, sorting returns, and other tasks that can vary daily. So, there is certainly variety in the work, and there are plenty of growth opportunities.

Wat vragen wij

You’re looking for stability and can handle physically demanding work. You are also in good physical condition. As a Production Worker, you don't need any prior experience. However, you always take your work seriously. This means you follow the supervisor's instructions carefully and show up on time so the team can rely on you. Additionally, you’re looking for:

  • A 40-hour per week job;
  • Irregular hours in the form of 2 shifts;
  • At least basic proficiency in English;
  • Motivation to develop and grow.

Wat bieden wij

At Kuehne+Nagel, we value our colleagues. You will receive a one-year contract right away. After a year, this can be extended to a permanent contract, giving you a job with a lot of security. You can also get promoted quickly, and internal training is fully covered by Kuehne+Nagel. As a Production Worker, you will also receive:

  • A salary of up to €2,500.00 for a 40-hour workweek;
  • Travel reimbursement if the commuting distance is at least 10 km, at €0.23 per km (round trip), with a maximum daily allowance of €11.50 net per one-way trip based on the shortest route;
  • A one-year contract with the potential for a permanent position upon renewal;
  • At least 24 vacation days and 3.5 additional leave days (based on age and years of service);
  • Training opportunities and pension contributions;
  • Depending on your working hours, you’ll receive an irregularity allowance on top of your salary, which can be as high as 35% for evening hours, 45% for night hours, 50% for Saturday hours, and 100% for Sunday hours.
