YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager in our Software Engineering practice, you take ownership of complex, high-impact projects that shape the future of technology in industries ongoing major transformation, such as energy and defence. Acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams, you ensure delivery from start to finish — combining structure, strategy, and people leadership to create real results.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing project scope, planning, budget control, and reporting with a results-driven mindset.
• Leading cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery through agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders, always focused on value and transparency.
• Creating a collaborative, high-performing environment where your team can thrive.

• You bring strong organizational and decision-making skills to navigate complexity with confidence.
• You thrive in high-tech, fast-paced environments and are motivated by solving real-world challenges.
• You communicate with clarity and impact, adapting your style to suit teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• You understand (or are ready to grow into) delivery frameworks like PMP, IPMA, Agile, or SAFe.

• You're a Dutch speaker.
