At Broekman Logistics B.V. we provide high-quality assembly of harvesting machines for European customers. From the Born facility, we focus on the assembly and customization of attachments, or “headers,” of leading brands such as Fendt, John Deere, Claas and Case. These headers are essential for harvesting crops such as grain, wheat and corn, and thus play a crucial role in the agricultural and horticultural sector.

As a Technical Employee Assembly you will be a key person in the process. You will assemble and adapt these headers according to the specific requirements of our customers. You will work closely with a team of 15 skilled technicians and contribute to delivering products of the highest quality. The machines themselves are manufactured in Canada, after which Broekman Logistics is responsible for assembly and distribution throughout Europe.

Wat ga je doen?

In this technical position, you will work with the latest agricultural machinery and be responsible for:

• Assembling headers according to customer instructions and technical drawings.
• Performing custom work on blades and hydraulics to optimally tune machines.
• Monitoring the quality and safety of the machines.
• Providing ideas for process improvements that will make assembly faster and more efficient.
• Flexibly responding to various tasks, such as loading and unloading machines during peak periods.

Wat krijg je?

• An attractive salary between from €2494,- gross per month, depending on your experience.
• A varied technical position within a specialized and enthusiastic team.

• Travel allowance of € 0.23 cents per km.

Wat kun jij?

• Technical understanding and experience assembling machinery or technical products.
• Experience in the agricultural, transportation or automotive sector is a plus.
• Experienced with tools such as cordless screwdrivers and wrenches and the ability to understand and apply technical drawings and instructions.
• A flexible attitude and team spirit; you enjoy working together in changing teams and picking up a variety of tasks.
• Are in possession of a forklift/reach truck/OPT certificate.
• You live in the area and have your own transport.
